The size information provided on the product page refers to the size of the finished button, not the individual components. To ensure a proper fit, choose the size that matches the diameter of your button-making machine's mold or the desired size of the completed buttons.

The BEAMNOVA Complete Button Set includes 1 metal badge bottom shell, 1 metal pin top cover, and a piece of plastic transparent film, allowing you to create up to 200 metal-backed pin buttons. Both the top and bottom components are made of durable, anti-rust tinplate that resists deformation.

Creating buttons with the BEAMNOVA supplies is a straightforward process. Simply print your desired images or designs on paper, cut them to the recommended size (approximately 2-3/4 inches in diameter), and use a button-making machine (not included) along with a rubber ring (often provided with the machine or can be made from cardboard) to assemble the buttons.

The versatility of the BEAMNOVA button-making system makes it suitable for both personal use and small business applications. You can customize buttons with various patterns and sell them at markets, fairs, or online. By combining a digital camera and the button-making components, you can even take and sell photos as finished products.

Additionally, when making buttons larger than 37mm (including 37mm), a rubber ring is required, which is included in the package. If your button-making machine does not come with a rubber ring, you can create one from cardboard approximately 2mm thick.
